What I Read in November

We are so close to the Holidays/New Year that I can just taste it!  I'm always excited about the possibilities of a new year and all of the unexpected things that can happen over the course of it.  I never would have imagined I'd get a new car or a kitten back in January 2015.  It's just a fun time, and, of course, the happiness of what the holidays represent just add to that.

I had some big-time fun in November.  I made a solo road trip to Ohio of all places to celebrate Friendsgiving with one of my very best friends, Jacki (she blogs at We Still Read, which you should check out).  She did an amazing job pulling it all together and I got to love on her kids and make new friends.  On the way home I swung through Pennsylvania and got to visit my precious niece and nephews and spend an hour or two playing with them.

To celebrate Thanksgiving, my siblings (minus the PA crowd) and parents and I went to Escape Experience where we successfully discovered the vaccine for a zombie virus and escaped from the locked cabin in under an hour.  We're the best.

Pompom continues to be the cutest little thing that ever did live.

We spend as much time as possible cuddled up in bed.

Or on the porch.  He's quite the little bookworm.

I did get in a fair amount of reading as well - check out the list below.  I'm currently on track to make it to 200 by the end of the year!  Here's what I read:
