I just started listening to Room today--At first the voice for Jack had me all creeped out...But, I'm getting used to it and am pretty invested in this story. It's making me think of all of the news stories I've heard of where women/ girls have been locked up and have borne children from their captors. Crazy, but very good!
ReplyDeleteThe only one I've read is Mockingjay. I didn't like it.
ReplyDeleteI've got Room in my TBR pile, though. I'm really looking forward to reading that one!
Loved Mockingjay and Sisters Red...and Room is on my to-read list. I read Donaghue's Slammerkin a few years ago and can't wait to read this one (though it's at the complete opposite end of the spectrum)!
ReplyDeleteSisters Red seems to be popular. I am still considering reading Room.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any from your list with the exception of Sisters Red. I hope to get to Mockingjay at least, sometime soon.
